Description
The dUTP (2’-2’-deoxyuridine 5’-triphosphate) is highly purified nucleotide, supplied as 100 mM aqueous solution of sodium salt. The reagent does not contain DNases and RNases. The dUTP is useful for polymerase chain reaction (PCR), reverse transcription and RT-PCR and any other applications requiring DNA synthesis.
